Meet Jacqueline Trevino

Jacqueline Trevino is an Immigration Associate Attorney at PSBP Law, a boutique law firm based in Irving, Texas, that provides legal counsel to local, regional, and international clients.

Jacqueline’s passion for immigration law is driven by a deep desire to positively impact the lives of individuals navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. Her practice primarily focuses on EB-5 investor visas, with a particular focus on documenting the lawful source and path of investment funds—an essential aspect of a successful EB-5 petition. She leads the firm’s Source of Funds team, overseeing the preparation of comprehensive documentation tailored to each client’s case.

In addition to her EB-5 work, Jacqueline handles a wide range of family- and employment-based immigration matters, including N-400 naturalization applications, PERM labor certifications, I-140 immigrant petitions, H-1B visa applications, and I-485 adjustment of status filings.

Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 2023. During her third year of law school, she interned with PSBP Law, gaining valuable hands-on experience with their immigration team.

Prior to law school, Jacqueline studied at the University of North Texas, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science.
