With over 15 years of experience in operations, leadership, and people management, Mailyn Lugo brings a unique blend of corporate discipline and personal warmth to her role as Chief Operating Officer at PSBP Law.
Before joining the firm, Mailyn built a strong foundation in the financial services industry, serving as a Vice President and Market Manager at Bank of America. During her 12-year tenure, she led multiple financial centers, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and oversaw teams of over 100 employees. Her experience in strategic planning, compliance, and client relations shaped her ability to lead with both precision and empathy.
Today, Mailyn oversees PSBP Law’s day-to-day operations, HR, marketing, and event initiatives—including the firm’s annual Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Kidd’s Kids, one of its signature community events. She is passionate about creating a workplace culture that fosters collaboration, growth, and excellence, ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported.
Known for her high energy, attention to detail, and people-first leadership style, Mailyn continues to drive innovation and efficiency across the firm while keeping PSBP Law’s core values—teamwork, adaptability, and integrity—at the center of everything she does.
