Meet Karla Olmos
Karla grew up in Montgomery, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Spanish. During her undergraduate studies, she served as both Vice President and President of ALAS, the Association for Latin American Students, where she strengthened her leadership, public speaking, and organizational skills.
Karla began her legal career at a local firm, where she gained experience in Family Law before transitioning to Immigration Law. She now focuses primarily on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, TN, H-4 and H-4 EAD, adjustment of status, consular processing, and permanent residence filings.
As a DACA recipient herself, Karla brings a personal understanding and strong commitment to ensuring that each case is handled efficiently, thoughtfully, and with care. Karla is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new dining spots in Dallas, and attending concerts.
