They were extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to the many questions I had to understand the process and most importantly proof of funds. Special thanks to Jacqueline who worked diligently to explain the flow of funds to ensure it is very clear to the reviewer. The initiation to application filing was completed in about 60 days.
