Quickbooks Connector

The PSBP Law QuickBooks Connector is a private, internal application used by PSBP Law, PLLC to prepare vendor checks in QuickBooks Online for the firm and its affiliated entities.

This application is not offered to the public. It has no customer accounts, is not distributed or licensed to third parties, and is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store. It is operated solely by PSBP Law, PLLC for its own books and those of entities it controls.

What it does

• Reads the vendor list and chart of accounts from authorized QuickBooks Online companies.
• Creates checks in the QuickBooks “Print Checks” queue for manual review.
• Never issues payment. Every check requires a person to review and print it.
• Never marks a check paid, printed, cleared, or void.

Authorized companies

The connector is authorized separately against each company it serves. Each authorization is independent, and the application cannot act across entities.
